  •  4 slice of soaked dried bread or barley rusk
  •  2 big tomatoes
  •  100 gr. Cretan cream cheese or feta cheese
  •  olives or/and capers
  •  olive oil
  •  oregano
  •  salt

M E T H O D

On the top of the barley rusk put some olive oil, grated tomato, above the tomato, Cretan cream cheese or feta cheese, olives or capers, salt and oregano.
