I N G R E D I E N T S

  •  400 gr. pound ground beef
  •  300 gr. pound ground pork
  •  1 onion finely chopped
  •  bread, crust removed, 2 slices, soaked into the milk
  •  2 eggs
  •  4 tbsp freshly chopped Rosemary
  •  2 tbsp olive oil
  •  1 lemon
  •  flour and oil for frying
  •  oregano
  •  salt, pepper

M E T H O D

In a bowl, mix all the indredients. Season the mixture with salt and pepper. Knead the mixture very well. Refrigerate, at least, 1-2 hours. Roll into small meatballs. Coat in flour. Fry in hot olive oil and then drain on a paper towel. Sprain them with a lemon juice.
Ready for serving!
