Yoghurt mousse with nuts and kiwi

Excellent idea for a healthy breakfast!

The Greek yoghurt with a thick taste and a velvet touch is one of the most nutritious and of the healthiest yoghurts in the world.

In comparison to other yoghurts, the Greek yoghurt has almost, a double number of proteins, a half of the natrium, a half of the carbohydrates, less lactose, as well as a richer source of prebiotics.

I N G R E D I E N T S

  • 200 gr. Greek yoghurt 
  • 200 ml fresh cream 
  • 4 teaspoons of sugar 
  • 4 egg yolks
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 kiwi 
  • nuts
  • peppermint

M E T H O D

In a mixer we beat the fresh cream with the sugar and the egg yolks making a topping cream. We add the yoghurt and the lemon juice. We fill each bowl and we put them in the fridge for 1 hour. We serve with nuts, leaves of fresh peppermint and kiwi cut in cubes.
